International Students

SGTU welcomes students from every nation. Our tuition is the same globally — there are no differential rates for international students. All programs are delivered 100% online, requiring no visa, relocation, or travel.

Payments are processed in USD through Stripe, which supports most international credit and debit cards. If you experience payment difficulties from your region, please contact our admissions team for assistance.

Refunds are calculated from the date of enrollment registration. The application fee and Degree Conferral Fee are non-refundable in all cases. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of a signed Notice of Cancellation Form. Students have 15 calendar days from the “new student notification” email to cancel for a full refund.

Student Financial Responsibility

By enrolling in a program at SGTU, you accept financial responsibility for the tuition associated with your selected program and payment plan.

  • Tuition payments must be current to maintain access to course materials.
  • Course access for per-course students is granted upon payment for each module.
  • Unpaid balances may result in suspension of portal access until resolved.
  • The Degree Conferral Fee must be paid before degree issuance.

Financial FAQ

How do payments work?

Tuition is processed securely through Stripe. After your application is approved, you will receive a payment link by email. You can choose to pay the full program tuition at once or pay per course as you progress through the program.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is not collected at the time of application. Payment is due only after your application has been reviewed and approved by our admissions team. You select your payment option at that point.

Can I pay per course instead of the full amount?

Yes. All programs support per-course payment. Master's programs are $380 per course (10 courses). Doctoral programs are $400 per course (11 courses). Each payment unlocks the next course in your program.

Will monthly payment plans be available?

We are developing structured monthly installment plans for future enrollment periods. Currently, tuition can be paid in full or per course. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new payment options.

Are there any additional fees?

The application fee is $50 (currently waived). A Degree Conferral & Processing Fee of $300 applies upon completion of your program. This covers transcript preparation, credential verification, degree printing, administrative review, and archiving. Textbooks are the student's responsibility and are purchased separately.

What happens if I need to withdraw?

Day 1–15 from enrollment: 100% tuition refund. Day 16–30: 50% refund. Day 31 and beyond: no refund. The application fee and Degree Conferral Fee are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 30 days of a signed Notice of Cancellation.

Do you offer financial aid or scholarships?

SGTU does not currently participate in federal student aid programs or offer institutional scholarships. Our per-course payment structure is designed to make tuition accessible without requiring large upfront payments. Some students have obtained funding through church sponsorships or ministry grants.
